Oversee product and business development for Airline Fabricare Systems® - a company that specializes in the care of aircraft interiors.

Responsible for ramp, baggage, aircraft cleaning, weight and balance, and cargo operations - system-wide - from a policy, procedure, research and development, and performance perspective. Served as FAA, OSHA and DOT liaison for the aforementioned operational areas. Large project-management portfolio. Developed industry leading tools.

Oversaw the development of RampLink+, a baggage scanning and weight and balance system. Charged with and achieved an overall baggage performance improvement. Held responsibility for overseeing the performance of the baggage sortation system. Developed and rolled out Priority Baggage Delivery.

Oversaw R/D and Policy/Procedure for Customer Service Operations at all of American's Airport Operations.

Responsible for the American Airlines Operation at Logan International Airport. Scope included but was not limited to: all ticket and gate agents, all ramp activity, all tower ops and ground maintenance activity and de-icing.
