As Operations Director, I am responsible for leading and developing the frameworks for Scape, (National Construction, Regional Construction, Civil Engineering and Consultancy Frameworks) and ensuring that we receive a great performance from the delivery partners, adding value to the projects delivered to our Clients. Working with the Partners and the Scape team, we are looking to drive innovation and best practise across our project and programme delivery, focused on digitisation of delivery, nett zero carbon, BIM, MMC, our unique 'Lifecycle' option, and Ethical Labour solutions, all with the over-riding aim of delivering an excellent customer experience. .
