With 10 exclusive barges of our department we were responsible for the fixed-point rock filling work.Responsibilities:I served as project manager independently responsible for the contract drafting, negotiation, and signing, equipments and staff transfer, and the project coordination and management. 2. In Doha officeI respectively participated in the Al Ruwais Port dredging and refilling project and New Doha Port project. ① Al Ruwais Port ProjectProject description:CHEC subcontracted the dredging and refilling project in Al Ruwais Port Project with main contractor of Consolidated Engineering Construction Company (CECC). Our department served the land reclamation dam construction and maintenance, and delivery of the dredging material.Responsibilities:I served as department business manager in charge of the Doha office setting up of our department, the transfer of relevant equipments and staff from China or offices in other Middle East countries. After the project began, I was responsible for project coordination with other departments, subcontractors and the main contractor, local procurement, subcontract negotiation and other business work.②New Doha Port ProjectI also assisted the New Doha Port Project on business work including transfer of relevant equipments and staff, and the necessary local procurement for the project department setting up.

I served in Techwell Engineering Co., Ltd Dubai Branch, a subsidiary of China Architecture Engineering Group(CAE), Dubai, UAE.Project description:Dubai Metro was contracted by Japan & Turkey Joint Venture (JTJV), and CAE subcontracted the aluminum roof and glass curtain wall construction project of 8 of 28 metro stations in total.Responsibilities:I worked as metro station project coordinator undertaking the coordination work with the main contractor and then I was appointed as warehouse supervisor dealing with the logistics coordination of all 8 stations and local procurement.
