As Senior Project Manager I delivered multiple projects in parallel including large scale, high value, complexSolutions at a regional level interacting with Senior Stakeholders and robustly managing the project scope, timeline and budget. NIMIS 2.0This project replaces the current PACS RIS in 45 hospitals across Ireland. Working as a subcontractor the solution would deliver the migration and synchronisation of RIS data from the current PACS RIS and hosted on the customer datacentres on infrastructure provided by Change Healthcare to support a single instance environment of CRIS foruse by all NIMIS sites. On joining Magentus, my role was to create and or maintain a detailed project schedule incorporating all required tasks/activities for the successful implementation of the new RIS solution. Management of the monthly resource reconciliation and input intothe P&L. I also: -• Led the Voice Recognition Remediation Program to deliver a new and improved VR solution across 15 hospitals. Leading a team of project coordinators, Implementation specialists and developers to deliver an efficient and accurate, real-time clinical speech-to-text output service via Magentus CRIS.• Led the delivery of ai. Connect solution with Qure AI for two separate trials (qXR which detects abnormal chest X-rays, then identifies and localizes 29 common abnormalities and qER which detects critical abnormalities such as bleeds and fractures in CT Head scans), covering a total of 11 NHS Trusts that use Magentus RIS (Cris). This project covered the development and deployment of the two partner algorithms required for the trial to the AI Connect gateway in AWS.• Management of weekly revenue reviews with the project managers and revenue recognition across all projects.• Support sales activities, tender and bid responses

Global Digital Exemplar (GDE) programme delivery - Delivering a feature rich Electronic Patient Records product suite allowed Whittington to fulfil their business strategy of creating an environment for patients and staff across the Trust to do things ‘digitally’ from the outset, securely accessing information anytime, anyplace and on any device. The EPR product suite delivered the key applications across various acute social care settings - Vitals eObservations, Careflow Connect, Clinical Narrative, Noting and Task Management, Patient Flow and Patient Held Record, CareFlow Maternity discharge summary data into CareCentric shared care record. I also delivered a Programme of works to the North Middlesex University Hospital which included Interface migration from eGate to the Rhapsody integration engine. A major release upgrade to latest CareFlow PAS V4 solution and the delivery of Order Comms for both results reporting and orders for Pathology and Radiology depts. I also managed the infrastructure upgrade for the Whittington Hospital BT exit to OpenRiO which included designing and ageing hardware scope, delivering contractual milestone, management of third party supplier delivering OpenRiO and the delivery of integration solutions. Colchester Hospital University Trust: TotalCare to CareFlow PAS - delayed by two years but delivered within 5 months of re-baselining the plan and successfully delivered by building a clear deployment plan and building a good working relationship with all areas of the business. The Great Western Hospital NHS Trust: TotalCare to CareFlow PAS - delayed by two years but delivered within 3 months of re-baselining the plan enabling the Trust to benefit from the latest product functionality and re-establishing a commercial relationship with the customer. I ran a programme of work whereby I managed multiple software upgrades for customers moving to the latest CareFlow PAS version.

Managing the deployment of a Pathology Order Comms solution for results reporting and requesting which became the sole results look up system in the trust and linked with the Essex PCT systems In Practice Systems (Vision), EMIS LV and The Phoenix Partnership (System One). Review (Results look up) and tQuest (Ordering) enabled authorised users to view and input validated patient information, clinical information (both coded and free text) and clinical tests based on the Mid Essex hospitals guidelines. Managing the following multiple projects:-• Pathology data migration and cleansing from LIMS to Order Comms Due to patient data inconsistencies between hospital systems I was tasked with ensuring patient IDs across all systems were synchronised. This was partly achieved by extracting records with insufficient patient ID’s from LIMS and importing them into Order Comms once data has been populated with Patient ID’s such as NHS numbers, DOB etc from tracing services. • Laboratory Information System (WinPath) version upgrade The delivery of a WinPath upgrade (v5.27 to v5.28) and hardware preparation to enable the trust to move to an Oracle database platform for LIMS in 2010.• GP Order Comms deployment to Mid Essex PCT’sWith the trust and Mid Essex PCT’s agreeing on a deployment package, I was tasked with the job of marketing the product to primary care and deploying the application to pilot sites ensuring all future GP requests which arrive in specimen reception meet the DoH guidelines regarding patient identification. My involvement in this project was post supplier engagement but at an early enough stage to adopt PRINCE2 methodologies to restructure the documentation and reporting routes. I adopted the same stakeholder update procedures as I did in previous roles by supplying regular project status reports presented to the project board on a fortnightly basis. These reports would be supported with a financial summary of spend to date.
