Within a large Business Change Programme, I was responsible for a number of project management activities on two multi-million pound capex projects. These included; risk management, financial forecasts, defining and initiating work packages and project planning. I managed the tender process for a multi-million pound contract. I managed relationships with potential suppliers, organised and presented at an industry conference for over 100 attendees. I wrote the tender paperwork, trained a team of assessors in public procurement rules and co-ordinated the selection of the preferred bidder.
