Recent Achievements2005 – 2008 Set up a Fixed Line, Mobile Voice & Data Telecoms/IT Company from a standing start, which initially operated within a £80m turnover group. This company is now turning over in excess of £1.5m pa, and is completely financially self sufficient with sound people, processes and infrastructure. 2001 – 2004Designed and Project Managed the implementation of a full multi-media Contact Centre, introduced all of the operational processes and recruited all of the associated skill sets.Realigned a complete Service department and its processes to meet with ever-changing customer demands, this incorporated a team of Customer Account Coordinators with 2nd/3rd line remote Technical Support Teams.2000 – 2001Lead a team that designed and built the eircom UK Ltd fibre network, in partnership with a 3rd party supplier. This was an STM 16, SDH backbone that connects several Points of Presence (POPs) at various sites across the UK. 1998 – 2000 Responsible for developing a comprehensive set of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) recovery strategies for the Cable & Wireless Corporate Markets Sector. Communicated, published and tested these strategies in compliance with the Company’s crisis management team.Project managed the implementation of 2 multi-tasked call centres in London & Manchester, which included recruiting all the staff, managing all of the technology and aligning all of the operational processes.1997 – 1998Set up an assessment centre and recruited a team of Technical Analysts, in conjunction with developing all of the operational process requirements, that have supported the full range of products, offered by the Cable & Wireless Intelligent Network (IN) Call Center.
