His efforts have earned him a wide base of respect in the Connecticut clean energy arena while helping other towns achieve similar successes as the Town of Portland. He continues to be a strong contributor in alternative energy concepts. This by the uniqueness of installation of solar voltaic panels, geo thermal HVAC and advanced insulation as a result of one of the earliest Home Energy Assessments in the state. He is a valued town leader & benefactor."
