I act as a part of a collaborative team to assist Behavioral Health organizations achieving successful national accreditation and/or state licensure for new or existing facilities. In preparation for a survey I will do an assessment of your organization, educate staff on the survey process, train your staff on standards and/or state regulations, and assist in the development of policies and procedures that meet national accreditation requirements as well as state licensure regulations. Following a survey, we assist organizations with post-survey technical support.
