Three times a year I write all content for our membership newsletter. This includes feature articles on top performing sales agents, recent retirees, members who have recently received benefits from our company and any other current industry news. A major project recently completed was the complete overhaul and updating of our company sales agent training program. The objective of the project was to transform the sales agent training program from one based on a printed manual and DVD to a web-based portal system that is easily accessible on mobile devices.
