I have worked in various roles across all elements of the business. This includes all store functions/roles at junior and senior management level. Other roles include field based regional marketing sales manager and head office based as Retail Operations Manager.I have a passion for the people in my businesses and believe that engaging and upskilling my teams is key, to enable clear focus on delivering a customer orientated environment coupled with a multi channel sales driven mindset.
