I work Monday through Friday day opening the bar in Republic Pi. This entails me to do prep to par, operate the only cash register, make drinks for the restaurant, while I wait on guest. I also receive product when delivered and write a check for the appropriate amount.

In this position I would sell beer, energy drinks, salty snacks, nesquick milk, and nastalgic sodas into bars, restaurants, and convience stores. This was a hourly plus commission position.

I was the general manager of a store open from 7am to 10pm seven days a week. Being the only front of house manager gave me control on creating various programs. Training programs for new hires. Creating a successful bar program. Overseeing the day to day operations.

Load truck for ease of delivery on a varied route. I brought product into grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and convience stores on a four day work week. I was responsible with getting product checked in, putting product away, and receiving payment at each stop. This job needed very good time management skills.

I was part of the opening crew when Anthony's opened there first restaurant on the east side of the cascades. I quickly became a full time bartender working mainly high volume nights. Later in the employment I jumped into Manager on Duty roles to help when the store was short on management. During this time I was also used as a trainer for servers as well as bar staff.
