I partnered with Jim Lea as a Buyer's Agent and Relocation Specialist. I act as a consultant for clients. The process: An initial buyer's consultation is set up to establish a crystal clear picture of their needs, goals, and preferences in a home. This initial meeting is followed by an extensive search for the right home. The top six to seven homes are previewed based on the clients specific criteria. An offer is made on the home chosen. Initial negotiations begin. Once under contract the client is guided through several stages including inspections, loan process, negotiation of repairs, and preparation for closing.
