• Develop and modernize 401(k) plans to be more efficient and compliant to new regulatory and legislative changes and aligns with the business’ needs and goals• Present yearly plan reviews to the 401(k) Committee Members and Board of Directors to illustrate opportunities to mitigate risk, grow the plan, and educate participants• Manage numerous mergers and acquisitions, complex plan design features, and unique pricing structures to provide solutions to our clients’ challenges

• Direct Fidelity contact with a book of business of over $1 billion in assets, assisting in the daily plan administration • Plan expert on Defined Contribution products and procedures• Internal and external point of contact for participant and client escalations• Supervise and coordinate plan level corrections, year-end processes, project management, contribution funding and reporting needs • Partner with internal business groups on projects, mergers, implementations, and troubleshooting• Develop and foster strong client relationships by working with Relationship Management to offer result driven resolutions and suggestions for plan improvements• Participate in numerous sales finals to win many well-known clients to the Mid-Market Space • Provide onsite training to new team members to ensure success in Client Services

• Manage 200+ cases by acting as a single point of contact throughout the retirement process demonstrating expansive knowledge regarding customer’s 401k , Pension, and Healthcare plans• Foster and develop lifetime relationships with participant and Fidelity
