As the Director of Solution Consulting at Wolters Kluwer TeamMate Audit Solutions, I have over 15 years of experience working with enterprise software solutions in the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) space. I am a certified Pragmatic Marketing expert (PMC Level 3) and a proven innovator with a patent pending invention.In my current role, I lead the TeamMate pre-sales team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, driving software sales in the region by understanding our clients' business requirements and project drivers, and positioning TeamMate solutions and their value to solve their problems. I also collaborate with the US product management and development teams to ensure that the market needs are represented in the product roadmap. I enjoy delivering software demonstrations and presentations to clients and prospects, as well as speaking at industry conferences and user meetings.Prior to this, I was a director level product manager at TeamMate, where I executed successfully on a plan to develop a next generation SaaS product, migrate clients from a legacy desktop server platform, and transition from a perpetual to a subscription licensing model. I have a deep expertise in client research, eliciting market requirements through qualitative and quantitative methods, such as contextual design, interviews, and surveys. I have a track record of taking the results of user research and developing innovative products, using techniques such as product design and prototyping, user stories, and roadmap management and prioritization. My mission is to empower internal auditors and risk managers with the best software solutions and practices, and to be a thought leader in the GRC industry.
