• Having experience in performing needs analysis, consulting on sourcing strategies, recruiting, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating, making offers, creating contracts and closing candidates that can help actualize corporate missions etc.• Involved in end-to-end recruitment which includes, Sourcing, Vendor Management, Client Management and Metrics.• Managed sourcing and hiring cycle through job portals, LinkedIn, vendors, advertising responses, employee referrals.• Recruited highly skilled IT and IT Infrastructure professionals at various levels.• Involved in contractor staffing through various Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors in Market.• Maintained the recruitment database by tracking all resumes sourced, screened, scheduled and interviewed.• Planned events for faster closure of open positions.• Provide great candidate experience by effectively interacting with them and updating them about the status.

• Full life cycle of recruiting process / SDLC and ability to drive strategic recruiting.• Gather Job Description for the requirements and work with the account managers and clients Managers.• Searching all the search engines to find the right consultants to match his skills and arrange the interviews.• Posting the required Job Description skills on various internet boards (i.e. Dice, Monster, Net-temps, Indeed, Simply Hire Social Media networks and skill groups)• Gather, track and update information in the tracking database all the new and old consultants’ information for future requirements• Setup initial Interview, qualify/ match consultant skill for the required position.• Negotiate salary/ hourly rates with consultants and close the deals within the Budget.• Mentoring the junior recruiters about the Recruiting lifecycle process and tools.• Following up with candidates personally and through Vendors until joining, and asking the same from vendor too (Keeping candidate warm)• If required do employee’s background check based on the requirements.
