Managed a team of Domain Expert Sales Consultants in Asset Management and Optimization for Aerospace and Energy markets.As part of the Customer Business team I have worked on various projects to develop new offerings and bring them to market including;Compliance reporting for EU Emissions Trading Scheme in Aviation,Environmental Management Information Systems consulting for the EMEA market.Other projects I've driven being;Data Value Analysis for RR Energy,EMIS consulting for BP,MRO Datasets for RR Energy using Maximo and SAP,Automated Fault Diagnosis using Knowledge Management.This has required high competency in a number of consulting skills including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, process and data mapping as well as commercial acumen in carrying out market analysis and making business cases.

Managed a small direct sales team focused on IT Service Management Best Practice Consultancy and Education Services.

Generating new sales in the UK territory, a historically difficult market for Infra. My responsibilities encompassed the complete sales process including development of a new pipeline, demonstrating the solution, proposal writing, commercial and contract negotiation plus handover to implementation consultants for delivery.Closed new software business including; Canadian Natural Resources, Dairy Farmers of Britain, Investec Bank and PPG Industries.Investec project leveraged the internet architecture of the Infra product to deliver common supporting technology leading to convergence of processes in South Africa and London.

Last 4 years as Account Manager for the majority of MRO Software’s existing Maximo customer base in the UK.Experience of multiple vertical needs including; Facilities and Property Management, Oil and Gas, Utilities and Government.Closed new software business with amongst others; British Library, Devonport Management Ltd., Ecovert FM, Fleet Support Ltd., Halliburton, EDF Energy, Taylor Woodrow, Thames Water and Stolt Offshore.Thames Water project was particularly challenging but also highly beneficial where 400+ field engineers were connected to core enterprise systems using mobile application technology leading to large efficiency savings.Stolt Offshore also an interesting project where Maximo SCM system for fleet of offshore vessels (ships and barges) was connected across satellite communications delivering substantial time saving and cost reduction.
