• Work closely with Demand Planner & Production planner, place dropship/Indent orders to Vendors and control production lead time with production planner.• Liaising with Sales & Marketing person in charge, confirmation of consignee appointed forwarder in order to make logistics arrangement with Vendors. • Checking customer payment and credit term status with AR manager, ensure products release to customer without exceed of overdue payment. • Provide supplier invoice, packing list, LC, etc to customer service person in charge, ensure invoicing customers within deadline for all dropshipments, submit/comply LC with Bank. • Arranged and Control all replenished shipments to South East Asia Distributors (Singapore DC, Philippines DC, Thai DC & Malaysia DC).• Handling customer special product requirements (labeling, master carton specification, product specification) with product team manager to ensure production line produced the products which fulfillment customer requirements. • Work closely with SAP specializes to ensure all New SKUs will created and extension in SAP system, and deleted obsoletes SKUs in SAP system. Set up New SKUs parameters in Manugistics/JDA system. • Consultation with Production Schedulers regarding availability of production lines and approval of downtime at manufacturing sites. Negotiation of production lead time with production planner if urgent dropship/Indent/Promotions orders. • Accountable and maintain for master data for Production and PIR/ Source lists and SKU List and Logistics Inbound Tracking File. • Maintain Inbound Tracking File (All Inbound shipments to Singapore DC, Thai DC, Phil DC and Malw DC)• Prepare monthly Dropshipment Supply Review Report, Dropshipments Sales Report. • Attend Monthly Billing Meeting / S&OP Meeting.

• Answering phone calls, quote rates and take booking from shipper. • To handle all correspondence with overseas agents & reply customer enquiries for rates, cargo commodity acceptance, hazardous cargo acceptance, odd size cargo acceptance, etc. • Prepare monthly sailing schedule liaise with carrier & update monthly container box rates.• LCL consol box planning, prepare daily loading list & internal railing docs to KD warehouse & transporter for export purpose. • Doing telemarketing to search for potential customers & announce updated promotion ocean freight to existing customers.• Handling invoicing & billing including: Shipper prepaid dest local charges at origin country, overseas inland charges, unclaim shipment,etc. • Knowledge of container fully utilization.• Knowledge of portnet & tradenet using.• E- mail, phone correspondence with Chemcare & Port Chemist to ensure cargo commodity allow for outward. • Communicate with Sales Dept & B/L Dept to ensure invoicing & B/L issue on timing and maintain service level to satisfy customers’ expectation. • Assist shipper to check cargo status, solving consignee feedback & complaints including cargo shortlanded, cargo damage issued, unclaim shipments,etc.

• Prepare and process permits for all inward/ outward shipments, sent over to haulier in order to proceed sent in container to ports & truck out container from ports.• Receiving & measuring cargo dimension once cargo sent in by local transporters for export purpose. • Receiving daily FAK consol load plan from Head Office, doing update with Head Office CS staff, planning container load list to ensure all shippers cargo in order to load for export. • Prepare daily Import Tally Sheet & Export Tally Sheet, reported to head office if any cargo shortlanded, overlanded, marking dispute, cargo damaged upon unstuffing. • Using portnet to check Vessel arrival, departure, import container releasing to ensure operation smoothly and local consignees are able to collect cargo from warehouse on timing. • Prepare monthly warehouse balance stock report & transhipment balance stock report . • Answering phone call from consignee for checking import container un-stuffing status.• Coordination with warehouse packer on cargo packing, marking labeling, cargo palletization and planning of container stuffing / un-stuffing.• Assist consignee to arrange joint survey if they’re suspect cargo damaged & content missing upon container stuffing & un-stuffing.• Assist consignee to arrange wooden packaging fumigation at warehouse. • Arrange transport & prepare docs in order to collect Class 2 & 2S hazardous cargo from PSA F5 warehouse. • Prepare internal railing documents for transport. Monitor & arrange transport to collect cargo from local shipper for outward purpose & arrange transport to provide door to door delivery service to consignee.
