• Manage a wide geographical territory of clients across the UK & Ireland in the field• Meet with client decision makers/senior management figures to assess business needs/challenges and position value-add solutions• Create detailed client proposals and manage sales cycles to a close• Sell HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Background Screening services and solutions to localand multinational businesses• Create strategic plans for opportunity generation• Manage and support client business change through mergers / acquisitions• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations

• Manage a portfolio of 70 clients worth in excess of £2,000,000 in annual revenue• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, retain business and growportfolio by identifying consultancy and sales opportunities.• Meet monthly/annual targets for revenue, consultancy, lead generation andreference sites.• Conduct regular strategic level account review meetings and calls• Build internal relationships and influence others to achieve results• Apply creative and lateral thinking to find resolutions to complex situations• Managing client change due to acquisition/divestment• Record and deliver monthly management information and statistics• Understand all ADP products and services and keep up to date with key changes tolegislation
