• Manage monthly billing of revenue > 10 million > 500 invoices for multiple government and commercial projects• Client engagement and dispute management • Partner with application team, corporate business unit, Finance and IT department for new project’s billing system implementation• Successfully set up billing systems for multiple projects. • Oversee and ensure UAT on billing functional/modules and systems are aligned to the billing requirements• Conduct training for project billing teams on billing system, processes and functionalities• Establishing and reviewing of billing policy and framework on timely basis• Partner with the Project Management Teams for revenue reporting and analysis• Lead and supervise teams of billing support staff• Project billing automation and process improvement• Lead and manage multiple projects’ annual financial audit

• Responsible for multiple projects' billing/payable set up in NCS• Establish billing framework, governance and policies• Work closely with the Project Management Team• Lead and supervise teams of billing support officer• Oversee and ensure timely monthly project billing• Customer dispute management• Review Billing/Payables quotations methodology with the Corporate Business Units and IT Department• Customer engagement and management• Perform UAT on billing reports and compare with the quotations and methodology• Ensure finance teams/billing ops are trained on billing/Payment requirements and billing systems• Responsible for billing automation for existing projects• Perform invoicing and management reports when required• Conduct billing/payables system training for finance staff across the region customers • Responsible process audit, internal audit and financial audit for different projects

• Supervising and leading a team of 5 staff for their daily performance• Design a new billing process for Aetos billing team• Review internal control policies and make recommendation • Responsible of monthly target revenue reporting and AR collection of the company.• Analyze of monthly revenue in comparison with sales order book for complete and accurate billing.• Prepare management reporting for account receivable and other ad-hoc reports (eg: preparation of GST reporting, cash flow reporting for AR).• Maintaining customer database in account system and management of GL code for revenue.

• Planning new collection and billing process and refining of present process for collection team and billing team.• Analyzing and evaluating more than 5 million worth of dispute invoices and turns them into collectible.• In charge of AR collection from more than 15 government agencies (eg: LTA) and liaise with project team/finance team of agencies in resolving dispute invoices.• Preparing monthly statement of account and AR ageing of various debtors.• Answering auditors in company auditing issues.• Involving in various types of invoicing to government agencies during month end
