 Ensure aircraft documentation is complete and accurate. Ensure that all components installed on aircrafts are properly certified. Diagnostically troubleshoot aircraft defects and carry out corrective action. Perform and ensure proper completion of all maintenance activities related to aircraft. Carry out duties as per the appropriate maintenance control manual and ensure conformity to the local regulation. Maintains a comprehensive record system of all maintenance work performed on each aircraft to comply with thecomponent mandates of the Airworthiness. Reading and interpreting manufacturers and airlines’ maintenance manuals, SB, and other specifications to determinefeasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.

Ensure that all quality related policies and procedures detailed in the Operations, Quality and Company Expositionmanuals are adhered to and carry out an ongoing review of the adequacy and effectiveness of Quality Systemprocedures. Establish procedures for dealing with nonconformities, monitoring nonconformity reports, and takingcorrective/preventive action in response to audit findings Monitor compliance with and adequacy of procedures to always ensure airworthy aircraft via an audit programmedand that all maintenance is performed in accordance with Approved data. Coordinate reports of unairworthy condition. Analyze all relevant data and circulate it within the company for information, with recommendations for improvementin quality standards as required.

 Responsible for process monitoring, inspection and defect report and management for aircraft functional testing, andquality maintenance. Conducts visual and measurement test in receiving inspection to ensure incoming product meets requirements. Develop a staggered plan for aircraft checks and engine maintenance meet lease return conditions and ensure smoothreturn.

Responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of aircraft, components and equipment. Services and inspects aircraft, components and related equipment.Operates and inspects powered and non-powered ground equipment. Performs structural repair, inspects and identifies for prevention and repair. Completes aircraft maintenance forms entries and enters data into the Maintenance Data System, ensures entries areaccurate and complete. Provide Airbus A320 technical & AOG support. Troubleshoot wide range of aircraft equipment and systems. Testing important system after working. Assessment of AD and SB issued by Airworthiness or OEM.
