Vagabond Missions is a Catholic non profit that provides youth ministry to inner city areas that would otherwise go without. We seek to meet unchurched teens, form healthy relationships as mentors and help them become disciples of Jesus. My wife Megan and I started the Wichita branch of Vagabond Missions in 2016. We gathered local support, formed a steering committee, received Bishop Kemme's blessing and started Fundraising. God was faith and later that year we began with just myself and another missionary, in one neighborhood. After 5 years, we have grown from a local staff of two, to nine! We have two mission sites, with 4 missionaries at each. I help coach and train the missionaries, oversee day to day ministry happenings and work with our steering committee and national executive team to continue to network and build up our base of support; spiritual and financial. We currently in the process of opening a third mission site in Wichita, on the Southside.
