With well over 25 years of paint spraying and working in different types industries from Painting components for companies like Sony and Panasonic to heavy duty industrial machines like Diggers for JCB and now working onsite spraying making buildings look new again... Very early in my career I was made a supervisor and have learn to deal and cope with high demands from bosses and clients and my people skills is very good so who ever I work with I treat with 100% respect and know how to treat and talk to different types of characters and get the best out of them without having them feeling like their being pushed to hard. I have built up great relationships with clients iv worked with over the years and that is down to always being honest to them like I know a lot of guys would try and blag to clients but iv always learnt honesty is the only way even if it means telling them something they don't want to hear as in the end I feel I have always gained their respect and confidence.
