About Andy Coller

Formerly with FCO Services, a Trading Fund of the FCO, as an Executive Director with responsibility for all procurement, commercial, Health & Safety, QMS, Sustainability, accommodation, external communications and business continuity. Delivered new supply chain solutions to enable business expansion without increasing the size of the organisation and providing cost savings and a more responsive service. Former Royal Air Force Supply Officer (1983-2002). Experience of large aircraft support/procurement/ILS and extensive ICT tours. Since 2002 I have worked for both Local Government and Central Government as Head of Service for Commercial/Procurement. During this time I have led on major BPO and PFI competitions.From 2011 I led the Intelligent Client Function area for SOCA with responsibility for UK wide Facilities and Estates Management, Business Services, Health & Safety as well as the Commercial Team.Team Leader for Central Government (IPA) High Risk Programme Gateway Reviews.
