The issues and queries could beanything from local PC issues to more widespread problems affecting many people within thecompany. Typical issues could be regarding local network issues, software such as MS Office, 2 Factorauthentication, mobile device management or issues with AD accounts. Inbound sources to the desk are via phone, live chat or email. Support of VDI users and troubleshooting issues via remotely connection or using the VDI adminportal. Proficient with logging and accessing tickets via Service Now ensuring details and records are kept upto date at all times. When issues can not be resolved by the SD directly it is required to work with other teams to clearlystate the details, troubleshooting completed and any advisory next step action including details such asbug reports. Most users working with Windows OS but support of users of IOS and MACs included.
