Having created my own Ltd company at the end of 2005 I went on to establish a sizeable client base in the hydraulic, industrial and pneumatic distribution sectors selling to a variety of end user and sub distribution accounts in the Hull area.

Identifying team strengths and weaknesses, training, measuring performance, encouragement and support were key in developing a strong team.I was responsible for numerous distribution companies in the UK, Europe, USA, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Iceland, The Middle East and Far East.
