As Vice President, Platform and Cloud Practice Lead I lead multiple departments at Modus Create geared towards DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Internal Developer Platforms, Cyber Security, Automation and Build Systems.My role includes:1. Enabling sales and performing business development2. Managing the solution design process3. Creating offerings and supporting collateral4. Strategic bench management including internal project opportunities5. Supporting Modus Open Source Program Office (OSPO) 6. Looking at the profitability of the respective offerings within the practice and the practice as a whole.7. Speaking at conferences including DefCon Recon Village, BSides CT, BSides PR, HOPE, BSides Orlando, BSides Tampa and BSides LV8. Aiding in M&A9. Supporting strategic partnerships including GitHub, Microsoft and AWS10. Helping with Practice roll out across Modus Create to support 2024 and beyond growth strategies11.
