SessionM, a loyalty and marketing engagement focused CDP was acquired by Mastercard in October 2019. I managed all legal affairs for SessionM including working on the M&A transaction. Other work included financing rounds, corporate governance, SaaS contracts, GDPR, CCPA and data privacy, product counseling, employment, IP and everything else!

dataxu, a demand side AdTech platform acquired by Roku in 2019. I was the first lawyer and was able to build and lead the legal team, managing budget, staff, compliance and partnerships. Legal led commercial contracting, data privacy, M&A/financings, IP, HR legal, product counseling and compliance. Led the GDPR and ePrivacy program implementations.Represented dataxu on the NAI (adtech industry body) BOD, at privacy and adtech events, industry working groups, speaking and writing.
