Andy DalgleishCurrently looking for the next role and open to suggestions as to where that might be. Until recently I was working for ISS as Occupancy and small works manager on a very busy account for Jefferies Bank. From April 2017 to May 2020 I was part of the JLL/Wells Fargo account team. My responsibilities included; management of a variety of projects in the UK, France, Germany, Luxembourg and Ireland. Space planning the existing portfolio as well as producing detailed test fits for buildings under consideration and maintaining occupancy data in line with the annual global occupancy reconciliation project. This covered some 50 sites across the global portfolio. Recent projects included the clearance, closure and handover of 3 legacy sites in London. I also produced plans utilising the latest guidelines in social distancing to plan for the phased reoccupation of the customer portfolio.From Dec 2016 to April 2017 I was based in Budapest, working on site at the Roche SSC. My role covered building relationships with the business, collecting and updating occupancy data relating to the introduction of Archibus, updating and maintaining CAD plans and assisting with the planning and installation of a system of sensors that record occupancy details in real time.• From 2010 to 2016 I was based at UBS headquarters in Liverpool St as Senior Occupancy Planner. My role involved designing space and coordinating major restacks in the UK and the wider EMEA sites as the client looked to reduce its portfolio, as well as day to day churn issues and moves management. I have worked on some major, multi building, fit-out and restack projects for some of the northern European sites such as Krakow, Wroclaw and Moscow.Over the years I have worked on a huge number of accounts for many of the foremost corporations in banking, technology, publishing, communications, health and education.I am a team player who prides himself on his attention to detail and his status as a time served professional keen to share his knowledge with others.
