Support testing of software and creation, execution, planning of test cases including, but not limited to automation, scripting, supporting of offshore resources, and providing ongoing improvements to our members daily lives.

I test software to make sure it works properly before implementing it in a production environment. I work with offshore and onshore resources to create, maintain, execute test cases and help formulate test plans. I also assist in creating automated test scripts.

-Part of the project team responsible for pick up and processing for out of date equipment for redistribution-Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software/printer problems for faculty, staff, and labs for Windows and Mac-Level 1 Help Desk support for campus users.-Create documentation to be used by peers-Assist interviewing of new Interns-Provide training and support to new Interns-Research future technologies and projects-Implement technologies for deployment of Macintosh and Windows computers such as Ghost and Mac NetRestore-Update and maintain some websites using PHP and MySQL-Assist administration of Macintosh/Windows servers
