I have worked in the sales & customer service industry for the past 10 years and am comitted to customer satisfaction.In my current role within ODM I am responsible for looking after commercial customer accounts as well as prospecting for new business, encorporating telesales to earn new business and client contacts. ODM shares my passion for customer service and satisfaction and the ethos of the company goes hand in hand with my own, the customer always comes first.Having worked within the sales industry for some years it is clear that selling has evolved with the times, and it is essential that we all try and work out ways in which we can make sure that we keep up and take notice of the products and services that are most important to our clients. I am comitted to making sure that this is done, with the customers interests and preferences being the most important thing.
