Defence School Of Transport (Dst) , Leaconfield

Managed the coordination and resources at Defence’s driving school of excellence with emphasis on mechanical transport management.Managed a mix of military and civilian staff in the provision of 29 different course training over 2000 students.

Catterick, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom & Belize

Delivered collective training to 200 personnel to deploy on operations in Iraq.Coordinated and deployed 200 personnel overseas to take part in multi-national arduous jungle training.

Northern Ireland & Catterick

Provided support, assistance and welfare advice to soldiers and families of a large military unit deployed on operations in Northern Ireland. Established links with all local welfare agencies and social services on behalf of the military community and provided a focal point for all welfare matters.

Impressive track record as Soldier and Officer.Enlisted in the Army in June 1981 at the age of 16 and promoted over a 24 years to become a Warrant Officer Class One in 2004. In 2006 Commissioned to serve as an Officer, gaining further promotion to Lieutenant Colonel. A record of 38 years and 6 months service involving command, leadership and management on operations around the world.
