As the General Manager I provide leadership and direction to the entire store team, while displaying excitement and professional presence. As GM I oversee every and all aspects of store performance through customer experience, customer satisfaction, sales management, operational and personnel functions, as well as store visual aesthetics and environment.

As an Associate Manager I oversee many aspects of store performance through customer experience, customer satisfaction, sales management, and operational functions, as well as maintaining a top-notch visual standard in the Times Sq. location.

As the Operations manager I report to and supported the General Manager in ensuring the store teams deliver top qualitycustomer service and create an excellent customer experience. I managed Assistant Managers, Leads, and Sales Associates in maintaining and driving sales, customer satisfaction, store’s facilities, loss prevention audits, service, staffing goals, payroll planning, safety, administrative work, company programs, and inventory control which was actualized in accordance with company-defined practices and processes. Along side the GM, It is my duty to be a role model for our company, our customer first mentality and our culture.

As the Visual Merchandiser I supported the leadership and direction to the store merchandising team, and reports directly to theVisual Manager. I focused on creating an exciting and enticing store ambiance that will work in line with the Company’s value to drive customer satisfaction and deliver the best in store customer experience.
