His nation-wide staff of nearly 300 included Relationship Management, Customer Service, Implementations, and Education Services.He joined CSI in 1980 after four years in the United States Air Force. During his 38-year tenure with CSI he has held positions in Operations, Programming, Operations Management, Telecommunications, EFT, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Hotline Support Management, and Customer Services Management.Andy was named Vice President, Customer Services, in 1998, and Senior Vice President in October 2006. He served as the Integration Manager for CSI's acquisition of First Commerce Technologies in 2000 and Chaired CSI Customer conference from 1997 to 2012. Andy graduated from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky, the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and he has earned his CIBE from Columbia Business School. He was an instructor at the Kentucky Bank Management Institute at Western Kentucky University, and chaired CSI's internal school of banking - CSI University.Andy served as president of the Association of Financial Technology (2005-2006) and was on the board of directors for five years
