Consultant supporting companies to manage their aircraft modification and certification projects by leveraging over 30 years of experience in program management of FAA and foreign certification projects that have included large structural, systems and aerodynamic modifications of transport category aircraft.

Provided technical leadership for the modification and certification of a 737-300 for special purpose mission of aerial firefighting (Part 137) and Part 125 passenger service and certify to 14CFR Part 25 requirements.

• Technical Leader for all efforts to develop new Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), accessories and component repair and overhaul capability that grew the company from under a $10M/ year to over $90M/ year. • Provided airline operational and training support as a partnership for successful implementation of Power by the Hour contracts.• Developed new repair processes that annually reduced customer costs by $500K year over year.• Triumph Group Employee of the year for successful win of the USAF C17 APU Total Logistics Support contract from Boeing• Technical Leader to develop new facility in Thailand to perform repair and overhaul services for APUs, accessories, thrust reversers, inlet nacelles and composite structures for commercial aircraft. This facility was purpose built to apply lean principles to the MRO environment.

• Managed development of Composite materials for use in turbine engines• Project team member for the JTDE, JTAGG programs to developed next generation turbine engine technology• Project Engineering focal for TFE731 production which included identifying and eliminating process and performance variability to improve customer satisfaction and reduce production costs.
