Since December 2021 I have been an independent director (audit committee and remuneration committee) of All Things Considered Group plc, a music artist management and music services business, upon their listing on the Aquis stock exchange. Since then the group has been very acquisitive, building a multi faceted music services group serving the needs of music artists. Until 2018 I was an audit partner at EY in London, having been at the offices in Nottingham and Birmingham before moving to London in 2007.My focus was on mid market businesses in a number of industry sectors and including full and AIM listed, PE backed and privately owned companies. I also specialised in IPOs and chaired EYs mid market independent director program and was closely involved in the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year awards since launching in the UK in 2000.Before joining EY I was the group chief accountant at Wagon plc, a listed global manufacturer of automotive components. Prior to that I qualified and spent 12 years at PW in Birmingham.My interests include football and cricket, going to the gym, good restaurants and music.
