During my time as chief executive officer (CEO), Flinders Estate Services provided impartial and professional executors, attorneys or trustees to manage estates and trusts.Flinders Estate Services ensured the professional and empathetic management of family and business relationships, legal obligations and paperwork by drawing on extensive experience in financial administration and a team of legal specialists.As CEO, I held primary responsibility for major corporate decisions and managing the overall resources and operations of the company. I also defined and directed the execution of the organisation’s strategy and assumed responsibility for the overall growth of the company. My focus areas extended beyond securing the financial success of the company to creating an exceptional culture, modelling the values, and building and developing the executive team. Australian Unity acquired Flinders Estate Services in 2015 with full intent to retain the operations model.

SuperIQ was launched in 2011, bringing to market a new method of supporting the administration of self-managed super funds (SMSF). This market is worth over $400 billion, which represents about a third of Australia's superannuation wealth. This makes self-managed super funds the fastest growing sector of superannuation in Australia. As head of the sales department, I led a team of individuals driving the growth of the business and helping Australians achieve independent superannuation management with the guidance of industry experts.

With over 6,500 employees, who serve about 1.5 million customers in over 500 communities nationally, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank has a significant presence in the Australian financial sector.Bendigo Wealth is dedicated to wealth creation and the protection of its customers, and it's an integral element in Bendigo and Adelaide Bank's commitment to be a place where customers can do their banking, grow their wealth and protect their wealth.Reporting directly to the executive responsible for Bendigo Wealth, as head of manufacturing, I was responsible for the identification and delivery of product and service opportunities that would be distributed through our chosen channels.

Sandhurst Trustees is part of Bendigo Wealth and is a highly regarded financial services provider. Sandhurst Trustees offers a wide range of products and services including investments and funds management, superannuation, commercial loans, access to funeral bonds, the management of estates and trusts, and the provision of corporate trustee and custodial services. In my role as general manager, I reported directly to the executive of wealth and third party banking and the board.

As the leader of a team across 2 states, Victoria and Tasmania, I successfully enhanced Bendigo Wealth's reputation in areas of cash and income products and margin lending. I also prepared the channels for new opportunities such as low cost super, self-managed super funds and planner services. I worked closely with key account managers to ensure that we maximised the opportunities available with the extensive list of organisations that utilised our services.
