A key contributing member of the Leadership team accountable for revenues of £34 million across 7 sales divisions, with direct line management of 6 business heads and a total of 30 staff, including Key Account Management, Account Management, Marketing, Tenders, and New Business.

Direct line management for nine members of the senior management team and directly accountable for the leadership, strategic planning, commercial, financial and operational performance of the organisation. Responsible for the preparation and delivery to the Board of comprehensive monthly reports on the revenues, expenditure and performance of the organisation, annual budget setting, quarterly reviews and re-forecasting where appropriate.

A key contributing member of the Leadership Team with direct line management of seven marketing, sales and training managers with overall responsibility for 29 members of staff. Accountable for sales revenue totalling £24 million and a departmental budget of £5 million per annum.

Reporting to the Group Commercial Director with responsibility for both the sales and customer service teams across the Abingdon and Cardiff sites.
