Introduced strategic deal calendar to highlight and prioritise all high value/ strategically important global 180+ day pipeline opportunities. Devised and implemented a single standard online global qualification tool to highlight bid RAG health status in key areas. Responsibility for effective bid demand management, optimised pipeline, prioritisation, resourcing and cost management for all complex bids globally. Led a global forum to identify and prioritise strategic 30/60/90 day pipeline opportunities ensuring that key resources were available to support.
