Lead expert and key change agent for global bid management processes, systems and tools. Own, maintain, simplify and continuously improve bidding processes and best practices, to achieve a common and consistent global approach which improves user experience and meets stakeholder requirements and BT commercial objectives. Ensure process integrity, influence and proactively drive process change and deployment across organisational and geographic boundaries. Optimise process, identify and resolve any gaps to mitigate risk. Proactively recommend enhancements, plan and manage their deployment globally to a single consistent standard, and measure their impact. Provide guidance and training on bid processes and best practices globally. Own bid quality and assurance procedures, driving quality KPIs. Own relationship with internal / external audit and governance functions, translating audit findings and lessons learnt into workable process enhancements. Own bid governance relationship with sales, finance, legal, technical and delivery teams, influencing change and driving best practice.
