Over 30 years in the business, I've recently built my new restaurant in Ramsey which is a 100 cover restaurant featuring local produce & cocktail etc called Good Stuff Restaurant, before that for 2 years I successfully helped design, project manage and was part owner of 1886 Bar, restaurant and club in Douglas Isle of Man, before that I part owned The Courthouse bar, restaurant and club for 10 years,Previously owned, co-created, and managed the Alpine Coffee shops and had 3 sites of this venture, I also designed and set up the Bradda Glen restaurant when this was redeveloped in 2011. Prior to that I had a long career in various management roles in+500 capacity venues in the West end of London, Nottingham, The Italian Riviera, Leeds etcI also qualified as Chef under Kevin Woodford in Sheffield and have managed an iconic Live Music / DJ venue in Canterbury for 3 years in the early 90's, including booking all the bands and DJ's including Radiohead, Jamiroquai, The Cranberries, Brand New Heavies etc all before they broke the big time.I am an incredibly positive person who is very happy being challenged and making things happen, I adore my wife and family, fast cars, excellent food, travelling to gorgeous places and living on the Isle of Man.
