Andy has over twenty years experience of advising clients in a wide variety of different industries in relation to intellectual property, information technology and e-commerce matters. His work includes intellectual property strategy, protection and enforcement, software licence and development agreements and other IT related agreements, commercialisation and exploitation of IP assets, data protection and privacy advice and advising on website compliance matters and e-commerce issues.He also assists clients with a variety of commercial agreements including distribution agreements, trading terms and conditions, sub-contracts and services agreements. He has clients in numerous and diverse industry areas including life sciences, education, manufcsoftware and music.He has a Masters degree in IT and Telecommunications Law and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Intellectual Property Law
