Currently employed by MBM Commercial LLP primarily to service the firm’s company secretarial clients. This involves preparing and registering Confirmation Statements and other key day-to-day forms for over 200 companies, providing compliance reminders and keeping clients' statutory registers up-to-date (including the new PSC Register). I also provide a company incorporation service, including companies limited by guarantee, private limited companies, Community Interest Companies and corporations in the US. I can also be called upon to attend client board meetings, where I am experienced in producing the minutes of the meeting.I also assist the corporate team on a daily basis providing draft ancillary documents and provide our US clients with an Annual Maintenance Service, which involves keeping them compliant with various State filings.Specialties: provision of company secretarial, registered office services and annual maintenance service for US clients, company formations in both the UK and United States, corporate services.
