As a project superintendent, I am responsible for the on-site coordination, planning and scheduling of all trades and activities necessary to complete projects on time and within budget. I keep a watchful eye on safety throughout the project and maintain close communication with all team members to ensure a safe, secure, clean and respectful jobsite is maintained.I recently completed the complex One North: Karuna East & West Buildings, and had the opportunity to speak about the construction process in the video documentary below.
