Using my core skills becomes ever more important in a very busy and competitive marketplace. I will be fully focussed on raising the profile of corporate and community fundraising for bibic, increasing engagement in events and driving income.I will work at matching supporters with opportunities, balancing abilities with expectations and making friends along the way.

Responsible for Corporate and community fundraising as well as events. I also look after Individual giving and have written a detailed report on the category providing action plans for its development. I have developed and delivered a cloud based fundraising CRM which provides accurate income and communications management as well as reducing manual administration tasks.I am part of the core management team on both Operations and strategy.

I am proactively building relationships with community groups, individual fundraisers and companies to generate long-term sustainable income. I am also actively promoting bibic's operational and fundraising activity through the website, social media channels, offline leaflets and other publications. In addition, I am managing regular giving and legacies and elements of the fundraising administration.

bibic is a national charity and exists to maximise the potential of children and young people with conditions affecting their social, communication, sensory, motor and learning abilities. (12 week contract) I researched and carried out fact-find within groups, associations and businesses to look for opportunities to support the Alzheimer's Society in carrying out the wonderful work they do.

Lindsey Lodge is an independent charity which provides a range of specialist services for people with specific life-limiting conditions such as cancer, multiple sclerosis and motor neurone disease. Most of the patients come from the North Lincolnshire area.Services include: nursing and therapy, respite care, symptom control and emotional support. The Hospice also offers counseling for patients and families as well as bereavement support.For more information please visit: www.lindseylodgehospice.org.uk My role was to bring care and business closer together and to generate financial support through activities and events with local employers and their staff. I worked with local businesses, big or small, to ensure sustainability and continued expansion of the Hospice in an all inclusive and mutually beneficial way.I also delivered a number of mass participation events from planning stages through to managing the event on the day.

I was responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of training courses and activities for people who devote their lives, unpaid, to caring for loved ones who have life limiting illnesses. There were two courses;Caring With Confidence - A course dedicated to the well being of the carer who in most cases forgets how to look after themselves. The course helped them appreciate their role and at the same time realize that they too have a life.Understanding Dementia - This course helped carer's look a little deeper into the life of someone with dementia and how there is, trapped behind the illness, a human being trying to get on with their lives. The course helped carer's be ready and able to cope with the different stages of the illness.The Carers Support Center is the foremost authority on the business of caring and works hard to blend efficiency with care and compassion

My job was principally divided between Community Liaison and fundraising for our Church, The Lighthouse (a homeless hostel), The Lifeskills (a project helping people with life issues including finding and getting back into work) and much more.The Church is very lively and is happy to help all those less fortunate. I did this by giving my time, talents and treasures through many projects including providing hot food once a week to homeless people in Scunthorpe.

Key objectives were; to supply the independent trade with competitively priced frozen foods and fresh produce whilst maximising the profit to NISA. To source and develop product ranges both in brand and own label. To develop a centrally delivered own label fresh produce range from scratch (worth £20 Million). To negotiate annual retrospective discounts and marketing funds

Frozen - Key objectives were; to maximise gross profit for the product range by negotiating buying prices and setting selling prices. Started on the shop floor selling frozen foods which included 10lb blocks of frozen fish and half hindquarters of beef! Moved up to the buying office and finally became their chief buyer thus starting a long career in retail.
