An experienced construction professional with more than 25 years of experience in which includes the last 16 years leading complex construction/engineering infrastructure project scopes of work on large water and waste water projects. I have acquired extensive knowledge with scheduling, job costing, and budgeting. I obtained my Journeyman certificate in Pipefitter/Steamfitter from the State of California Department of Industrial Relations and started my career as a Pipefitter for JR Filanc Construction. Throughout my years of service, I have focused on ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest quality, within budget, and on time by effectively organizing, managing, and utilizing all available resources to deliver a safe and successful project. In my career as a Journeyman Pipefitter and Mechanical General Foreman for complex municipal projects, my responsibilities have included but were not limited to, supervision, design, coordination, and construction.
