-Improve profitability in the dealership by establishing and improving processes, developing relationships, and providing strong customer focus. -Responsible for developing employees to achieve their best-Lead at team of senior sales, parts, service, and body shop managers to achieve the best customer support while improving sales

-Work with dealership principals to expand the dealer network footprint by adding new locations, facility expansions and relocations.-Work with dealership principals to develop business plans for new locations including financial pro formas, key marketing strategies and key customers.-Implement key business initiatives throughout the dealership network to improve dealership productivity and profitability.-Identify underperforming dealers and develop improvement plans that will strengthen performance.-Conduct location facility reviews to identify dealership strengths and weaknesses.

-Manage product issues and field support for US and Canada.-Resolve complex fleet customer issues working with engineering and dealership principles. -Make goodwill decisions to resolve field issues in order to maintain customer loyalty.-Conduct annual parts and service meetings educating dealers on new products and field issues. -Provide monthly update meetings to senior management regarding emerging field issues.-Pursue warranty recovery with suppliers to resolve customer issues.-Provide technical expertise on legal cases to corporate counsel.

Manage service sales for 12 full service locations. Put marketing materials together, handle customer relationships, work with service managers to schedule marketing programs and customer care programs. Set up and run open houses and other customer events.
