Negotiating and arranging shipping and transportation of the used trucks to hundreds of locations from the Caribbean to East Africa and the Far East . Valuing all makes and models and fleets for part exchange and disposing of profitably via UK trade or export . Buying and negotiating with high profile large fleet operators whilst assisting new truck sales.Setting of specific residual values for future repurchase .

Responsible for management and motivation of 14 used truck sales execs with full responsibility for recruitment training, development of business plans , setting targets and financial budgets . Monitoring residual values and setting target pricing and margins . Full stock management . Presenting monthly reports at op meetings .

Specifying new trucks for contract and rental fleet . Procurement and disposal of all company vehicles . Management of maintenance control dept with 6 staff . Manager of three retail sales locations .

New ERF truck sales into specific post code areas with customers including Britvic Salvesen Blakes Chilled , and full responsibility for used truck purchasing and sales . Including the breaking dept for used parts .
