Orginaly recruited to implement Red Prairie WMs on new contract winI was involved in writing the test script and functional testing then completing the user acceptance testing over a 4month startup period.I was involved in the time line meetings of the startup which involved inbound and picking processes along with system design and amendments. Interface testing was the final stage of the system testing.I then prepared the process flow manuals and then the training programme for all system users. I was heavily involved in the actual training of the staff .Responsible for the Stock integrity of over 300,000 tyres across 1500+ skus, in 140,000sq foot warehouse, by way of weekly PI cycle counts and 6 monthly full shed stock takes.Responsible for 7 stock clerks and warehouse colleagues, to ensure inbound stock is booked is correctly and any errors corrected in a timely manner.Liaising with the client on any stock or delivery issues, and producing weekly stock related reports for both the client and Ceva senior management Producing weekly departmental reports and KPI'sTraining all stock department staff on all aspects of stock control and Goods inward processes.Headed up returns processes and procedures including planned returns and failed deliveries.Introduced inbound and picking processes for Tyre Hotel project. This was a first in this country to store Kwikfit customers own seasonal tyres in our warehouse.6 months writing test scripts and system testing on DLx Red Prairie prior to implementation on site in Corby. Responsible for dealing with and resolving Day to day system issues.

Implemented start up of several out bases for a new Home delivery service for major clients such as Tesco Direct, Ilva Home furnishings, House of Fraser and the Pier.Managed an initial 7 drivers and 3 warehouse colleagues for cross docking 3 trunks per night and loading radial vehicles for next day delivery.Increased outbound vehicles to 12 and cross dock trunks to 5. Implemented nationwide returns processes for 7 out bases, for stock to be returned to 5 home delivery clients.
