Having started Van Elle Rail On Track Piling Division in 2013 I have now been tasked with implementing new innovative and hybrid piling techniques on the Railway infrastructure. Working alongside my Research and Development Engineers we aim to take over 34 years of Geotechnical Experience to design, build and test safer, more robust hybrid plant, attachments and to also resolve problematic issues often caused by access and site conditions encountered.

Attend Pre let and Pre Start meetingsAdvise Estimating Engineers on outputs and correct methodology prior to tender.Produce Method Statements where necessary.Set up Contracts with both Labour and correct Rigs and ancillary Plant.Running of day to day Contracts, interfacing with Clients and Structural Engineers and Designers on a daily basis. Attend weekly progress meetings.Wages, WIP and Invoicing.Organise Transport and Rig movements.Running of all Network Rail Projects, including producing WPP'S and Task Briefs. Attending all Network Rail meetings.Maintaining Safe systems of work. Health and Safety checks and Audit's.Troubleshooting and problem solving.Review all types of Rigs and systems available on the market and liaise with Yard Manager and Fitting Staff.
