Challenged with the re-building of the Agronomy team. Design, construction and grow-in of new short game and nursery complexes. New equipment acquisition and material purchasing for our team and contractors. Building recommendations and planning for course improvements in infrastructure modernization, complete bunker renovation, cart path relocation and repairs, re-design of tee complexes including turf type conversion to Bent Grass, irrigation system replacement, drainage, new construction of maintenance facility structures, among others. Many of these renovations have now already been completed while the Agronomy team has elevated course conditions in 2022 - 2024. One of the fastest and rewarding experiences of my career at an amazing property.

The Agronomy team also managed the climate-controlled outdoor ice rink, snow making operations on hole #18 for sledding and the Kids' Camp sports complex construction.

Our team had oversight of a 27 hole golf maintenance operation and landscape responsibilities within the club. Over the years, the golf courses' planning stages, construction, grow-in, 185 acres of landscape, multi-sport complex, a massive native tree and cacti nursery and erosion control for the project were also handled by our team. Opened a unique 9-hole, par-3 short course which was a trend setter of the highest quality. An amazing project and visionary team with so many dynamics to provide a once in a lifetime comprehensive learning experience! Also assisted Blue Star Resort & Golf build, modify and implement standard operating procedures, training of team members, quality standards, annual agronomic models for consistency within the company.Involved with multiple Blue Star properties in several states when called upon to assist. Due diligence work through site visits as well as remotely performing for Blue Star representing various investors and owners who have shown interest in purchase or development of investment properties.
