Project Management of residential led mixed use strategic developments. Technical responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from due diligence through planning and construction to project legacy and maintenance. Core responsibilities include overseeing technical design, cost management (infrastructure and Section 106 budgets), tendering and construction of strategic infrastructure and enabling works to service land parcels for residential development. Additionally responsible for the delivery of key non residential land uses within strategic developments that assist in place making and creating a community, namely, local centres, schools, public open space and play facilities.

A depth of experience across residential, commercial and mixed use development schemes. key responsibilities include the lifecycle of projects from due diligence/strategic assessment through to detailed design and construction on flood risk, drainage and highways elements.Key Skills: • Infrastructure engineering due diligence;• Project manager of multi-disciplinary consultancy service;• Infrastructure advice to masterplan development;• Flood risk and drainage advice and design – covering Flood Risk Assessments (FRA), Sustainable Drainage Designs (SuDS), flood compensation and alleviation, water Environmental Statement chapters, foul and surface water strategies & detailed designs including drainage agreements (s98, s102, s104, s106, s185);• Highways advice and design – covering masterplanning, reserved matters, highway alignment optioneering, highway detailed design (s38, s247, s278);• Earthworks strategy & external levels design;• Transport Planning experience; and• Site Monitoring.Wider responsibilities included:-development of the 30 strong Infrastructure team within the Hertford office-operational oversight of the Hertford and Cambridge infrastructure teams-co-ordination of resource
